Resolved

An issue has been identified with our network edge provider, Velocity customers may have experienced service issues. This includes the use of Velocity CLI and access to our customers' site - https://app.velocity.tech/

The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented at 07:20 UTC. This issue has now been resolved and service has been restored.
